Q: I'm interested in the "7-Day San Francisco, Yosemite, Grand Canyon South/West Tour from Las Vegas" (code:5-4809). We will be coming from NY for the X'Mas week, I have 3 questions: 1) Any chance that the scheduled date tour being cancelled, after I booked the 12/25. I noticed that the 12/23 was took off from the site. 2) I planned to booked a flight that arrived late on the first day ( plane scheduled arrival of 11:30PM ). Can I checked into your booked hotel myself? 3) If my flight was delayed or cancelled, is there any cancellation insurance that I can buy? I will appreciate your answer. Thank you. 2. Yes, the meeting location for this tour is at 3:00PM at the Imperial Palace, where you will be able to check-in.

Q: I, traveling with this tour the last week of October. The last day will be Friday October 28th but my plan is to spend that night at Los Angeles. Can the bus leave me at any hotel close to the airport. Or do you know of one and how much will cost me a room for three. And At the end of Day we are gonna spend in San Francisco if I decided to stay longer after the bus leaves can I get myself to the hotel, or will I have to arrive with the whole group. The bus will drop off at the airport. We work closely with an LAX hotel (Comfort Inn LAX Cockatoo). They are able to provide complimentary airport shuttles. If you would like a hotel extension at the end of your tour, please kindly leave a note in the comments section of the final page of checking out and we will be able to issue you a price quote for the hotel.
If you choose to self-dismiss yourself from the tour and do your own side-excursion, it will be solely your responsibility to find your way back to the tour and there will be no compensation for any of the missed tours.

The place to meet at the start of the tour would be either the Airport or the first night's hotel. As for Day 4, there will not be a stop at the Hoover Dam, however if you would like to stop by, you may request for a stop with the tour guide, however there is no guarantee that there will be a stop.
